Roger Ward FRSA FCABE MCIOB MIFSM CBuildE
Roger has over 40 years of experience in the Construction and Property Sector having specialised in the Residential market for most of that time.
Roger began life as a Trainee Surveyor for an old established Building & Joinery Company and then worked in Housebuilding and Housing Refurbishment on many developments throughout Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire before becoming a Director of various Construction and Property companies and a Partner in a City based Real Estate practice prior to working for the NHBC and advising Client’s on Building Control matters.
Roger’s passion is helping Estate Management companies and Householders with any matter relating to Surveying and always giving the best advice. He qualified as a Surveyor in 1987 and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Institute of Fire Safety.
In 2015, Roger was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (FRSA) and served as a Magistrate when he was appointed in 2000.
In 2016 Roger was awarded a Fellowship of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (FCABE). For many years Roger has followed Luton Town Football Club. He is also a qualified RFU Rugby Coach and Referee and has two children that have both trained as Surveyors.
Alexander Ward
Alex started his training as a Quantity Surveyor in 2015 and has completed his Level 3 and Level 4 in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is in his second year of part-time study at the University of Westminster.
Alex has gained significant extra experience in Fire Safety and carrying out insurance cost assessments and also runs the IT side of our business.
Alex is an avid sports fan and has focused on playing rugby for many years with Ampthill RUFC and Olney RUFC before he was selected to play for the East Midlands team.
Matthew Ward
Matthew is a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor, with a background in the Residential sector and advises us and our clients, from time-to-time on development issues.
