Fire Risk Assessments for the Residential Sector
Our Fire risk assessments meet the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and the Building Safety Act 2022. These assessments also take into consideration the needs of persons with impaired mobility or other disabilities.
We are able to provide easy to read reports in simple non-technical formats for all to understand.
Supporting photographic evidence is provided with every report this helps all Building Owners and Managers understand what the issues are. Managing Agents find that we make their life easier as they often use our report to convey ongoing issues with housekeeping and the requirement for maintenance.
We identify all the fire hazards and the means for their elimination and control, we assess the likelihood of a fire, determine the fire protection measures in the building, we make a full assessment and formulate an action plan for you.

We also provide Health and Safety Risk Assessments for the Communal Areas if there's an accident and you have no proof of a risk assessment being carried out, you are much more likely to be prosecuted or sued for negligence.
We adhere to the guidance notes issued by ARMA/Property Federation and also the RICS code of conduct based on ethical principles of honesty, integrity, competence, service, respect, and responsibility.
